Here's a guide for ladies when you purchase from us. Please read it through before you made any order from us. Thanks!

* Clothes are all brand new and imported directly from Hong Kong & Korea, hence strictly no refund or exchange of clothes.
* Cancellation of order is not allowed after you had placed an order.
* Additional of $5 will be charged for normal postage and $8 for registered items. Meet up will only be at our convenience.
* Princess Castle will not be responsible for any loss of package in the process of mailing.
* Princess Castle will send out the clothes within 3 working days once we receive the payment.
* Payment must be made within 3 working days after the confirmation from Princess Castle.
* Payment only strictly via POSB account transfer.
* Buyer have to inform Princess Castle after they had made their payment with their name, contact no. & amount transferred.

* All the items are non exchangeable or refundable due to hygience purpose.
